The Center School,Somerset NJ installed new HVAC unit. The Center School has implemented a new, cost efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning system with assistance from Professional Climate Control (PCC) of East Hanover.   When The Center School determined that their building was in need of a new HVAC system, they received multiple quotes and vendors willing to do the job.   Only Professional Climate Control and Trane were willing to retrofit existing equipment while upgrading other equipment to create the final system resulting in over a million dollars in savings on the capital expense.

The school’s original system was all electric resulting in hefty monthly utility bills. The new system will yield cost efficiencies that will cover the cost of the expense in 3-5 years. In addition, PCC has donated 10% of the cost of the upgrade to the school.

The Center School is a private, non-profit, state-accredited facility for bright, learning-disabled students founded in 1971. The school serves over 100 students from upwards of 60 school districts throughout New Jersey.
